No Need To Worry About What To Do With Your Chicken…. Lemon To The Rescue!

I let my kids pick out dinner one night a week. Not each of them individually, but together as a group. They have to come to an agreement on what they want me to make. They always try to get me to order pizza or takeout from somewhere, but I don’t fall for that one. That’s not why I do it. I want them to be able to work together, and I also want them to try out new and different things besides fast food and pizza. One time when they were in charge, they requested that I make them some chicken tenders.

At first, I almost said no. I thought that was too close to takeout food. Then I found this recipe on Recipe Lion, and I quickly changed my mind. I thought that they would like them, and I wanted to see if I could make them.

These were so easy to put together, and the flavor was incredible. Even my hubby liked these, and he usually doesn’t go for things like this. Winner, winner, chicken dinner!
