It’s one of those things that my kids do to me on a regular basis. Let me know at the very last minute how they are responsible for bringing in snack for their class, sports team, or other organization that they are part of. I don’t mind doing the treat thing and sharing with the group, but a little bit of notice would be wonderful once in a while. I usually have to run to the grocery store or bakery and get something in a box so that they don’t show up empty handed, and it makes me feel terrible.
Then one day, while I was browsing around a recipe site, I found this recipe for cookies that can be done in just 10 minutes! I was so happy that Recipe Lion had this option for me. I made them instantly just to see if they truly were that easy.
Guess what? They are! There are only three ingredients for the cookies, so that’s easy to keep on hand. The glaze is super simple too if you want to make your cookies a little more fancy.
