Cheesy Potatoes Done With Just 4 Ingredients!

When my brother’s wife had her first baby, we were all so happy for them. I couldn’t wait to go over and visit my new little nephew. I thought about taking a gift of flowers, candy, or balloons, but then I thought better of that. Everyone probably brought that stuff, and it really isn’t helpful to a new mom to have that around. I thought about what I would have liked when I first came home from the hospital and of course the answer was food.

My husband doesn’t do much cooking, and I didn’t feel like doing it either. I know my brother isn’t very well experienced in the kitchen so I knew food was my answer.

I remembered this recipe that I found on Recipe Lion not too long ago and figured I would give it a shot. I got it all made together and took it over unbaked. I visited with everyone, and left directions for cooking.

Not much later, my sister-in-law sent me a message thanking me so much for taking the time to bring them something to eat. It was just what they needed to get through those first few days.
