Cheesy Potatoes Done With Just 4 Ingredients!

Whenever I make these for a party or event, I always cook them in the oven and then put them in the slow cooker to stay warm. They will hold quite nicely in there for a few hours so it works out well. As long as I line the crock pot before I dump them in, there is barely any cleanup either so it makes everything go quickly at the end of the day. Anything to make my job easier is something that I’m doing for sure. Check out what they are saying about this recipe over at Recipe Lion:

“This is one of the best four ingredient recipes you’ll find for a delicious cheesy potato dish.”

You won’t believe how easy this recipe is until you try it out for yourself.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Boil potatoes in a large pot until fork-tender.
