Experience The Flavors Of Asia In These Barbecue Chicken Wings

I love making these wings because they are convenient and tasty at the same time. Convenient because I don’t need to spend all day in the kitchen just preparing them. The slow cooker will do all the work for me while I am attending to my kids and other responsibilities I have. But at the same, I know my family will have the best meals because the quality is never sacrificed with the slow cooker. These tender and saucy chicken wings will become your instant favorite.

See what our friends from Valerie’s Kitchen have to say about this recipe:

“These sticky, sweet Asian-inspired chicken wings are a great choice for entertaining. Make them ahead and keep them warm in the slow cooker for your gathering.”

I served this during a small gathering with my cousins and they got addicted to these wings immediately. They always request for this whenever they will come and visit. Who can blame them when this recipe is truly addicting?

  • 3 packages Foster Farms party wings or drummettes (approximately 4 to 4-1/2 pounds)
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger root

  2. Lightly coat your slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray. Transfer browned wings to slow cooker.
  3. Combine barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Pour over wings and stir until all wings are well coated with sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
