You Too Can Make These Crispy Potato Chips – It’s Easier Than You Think!

My husband and I have at least one night a week where we have sandwiches for dinner.  It is usually what we resort to when we are in a rush, or I forgot to thaw out meat.  It is typically a pretty easy dinner, and don’t feel sorry for us: we get creative with our sandwiches.  No plain stuff for us, please! We like to switch up the bread we use, the cold cuts as well as the way we make it.

Sometimes we toast them in the oven, other times we press them.  We have made our fair share of amazing paninis, and are thrilled with the results.  We just love our sandwich nights!

However, there is nothing more disappointing than having our sandwiches on our plates only to realize that we are out of potato chips.  NOOO! It is so sad! We cannot have a great sandwich dinner without some sort of chips.

It is just unacceptable! We have been known to run out to Farm Stores and pick up a bag of whatever chips they have, but then I discovered THIS recipe! You will never be lacking potato chips again and you might even love these even more!
