5 -6 chicken drumsticks
McCormick garlic powder
Bertolli olive oil
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray, or drizzle with olive oil.
Add drumsticks in the prepared pan; space enough apart so they aren’t touching each other.
Sprinkle generously with pepper and garlic powder, and lightly with salt.
Bake for 30 minutes. Turn drumsticks over and add more garlic powder, pepper and salt.
Bake another half an hour, or until cooked til 160 F.

Quick tip: If you want the drumsticks to be extra tender and fall-off-the-bone soft, you can bake them til 185 degrees.
