Stop Slaving Away In The Kitchen!
Let me tell you something crazy. Actually, it’s not even crazy – it’s totally insane to the point where I think I may need professional help.
Here it comes: I got up at 4:30am this morning. No, that’s not a typo! Four thirty, people! My husband has a long commute and he has to wake up at that time, so I always drag myself out of bed at the same time, too. Why I’m doing this is something I can’t explain. I could sleep for another two hours and it would still be considered an early morning. But no, 4:30am it is!
What this means is, by the time normal people start thinking about making dinner, I am already so ready for bed! But as it might seem weird for any surprise guests to find me brushing my teeth, in my PJ’s at 6:00 in the evening, I try to stay up for a little while longer. But I just can’t bare to think about cooking! And that’s where this excellent recipe comes along!
