My Picky Eaters Devoured This!
It wasn’t until a few years ago when I first had a taste of Brussels sprouts. I’m not exactly sure how I had managed to live that long without even knowing such vegetable existed, but that’s how it was. I noticed these cute little green things that looked like miniature cabbage and I thought, I have to try these! Of course I didn’t bother finding a recipe so I ended up under-cooking them… they were kind of raw and bitter, but there was something about the flavor that I really liked so I didn’t give up!
Over the years I’ve tried all kinds of Brussels sprouts recipes – some of them good, some not so much. But this one here is, hands down, the most delicious I’ve tried so far! I’m not sure if it’s the cream that makes this so incredibly tasty – or maybe it’s the bacon. Whatever the case, this dish will make everyone fall in love with Brussels sprouts.
