Gobble Gobble Up This Turkey Meatloaf!

Who doesn’t love a good meatloaf?? My family really is a meat and potato family. We don’t deviate a whole lot from our classic family dinners. But sometimes I just get bored making the same old thing! My family may not admit it, but they get bored too and appreciate it when I switch up the dinners. Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out what I am going to make.

Usually when I am driving home from taking the kids to school, I think about what I am going to make for dinner. I was having chef’s block the other day when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to make. Sometimes I make it far to complicated for myself when I changing up your dinners an be so easy to do. Just think of one ingredient and think what you could change that too.

So, I was thinking about making meatloaf and was thinking about the various things I could do to it. Stuff it? No, not tonight. Add some sort of diced veggies? No. A different sauce? Nope!

Then it hit me! Why do I only use beef for meatloaf. Why not try a different meat.  I found this wonderful recipe that uses turkey! This recipe s fabulous an tastes wonderful. Try it out and you will see!
