How To Make Creole Chicken And Sausage Gumbo!

I love taking trips to New Orleans. I’ve gone with friends and I’ve gone with the family. This city has so much to offer. The history is so rich that you can learn anything from so far back about our country. I’m a little bit of a history nerd! New Orleans is a great city to discover and explore all of that fun stuff. There’s a lot to do and a lot to see when you go there.

One thing that I not only love about New Orleans, but about Louisiana in general, is the food! I love creole and cajun anything! I learned to love a little spice over the years too. Before I was so sensitive to spicy foods and now I can eat almost anything that is hot and enjoy it too!

One of my favorite dishes to eat in New Orleans is gumbo. I mean it is a classic and it tastes so wonderful with the creole seasonings. This is a dish that has a lot going on, but is also a dish that you is a meal in a pot. Let’s face it, a meal in a pot is easy if you are having a busy day or week! Try out this awesome gumbo recipe and you will want to make it again and again,
