“Pay It Forward” With This Rich Raspberry Cinnamon Loaf Cake!

If I call my family berry addicts, I will not be lying. Anything with berries on it, my family will surely fall head over heels for. I remember that whenever we visit my parents or my husband’s parents, we are always served a berry dessert upon arriving. Seasons don’t even matter; we always get a berry dessert whenever we come and visit. Even up to these days, our parents still know us every well.

Our sons love berries so much that they tend to eat them even when they’re not part of a dessert. Whenever I bring my sons to the grocery, I always end up paying for an opened package of berries because they just can’t help but eat them. Better berries than junkies!

My sister-in-law brought over a cake for us one night. She called it a raspberry cinnamon loaf cake. She came home for the weekend and brought home a bunch of raspberries from her hometown.

Since she didn’t know what to do with them, she searched for a simple cake recipe where she can use them. And this is what she found. Her family loved it and so did mine.

The loaf itself was moist and dense and just so rich in a good way. Add the raspberry glaze on top and you will celebrate all of its goodness!
