When you ask me what type of recipe I want in a chicken, the first thing that will always come to mind is fried chicken. I am not kidding! When I was a kid, I loved fried chicken so much that mom always exasperatedly told me that I should be careful because I might grow beak and wings for eating so much of the same thing. But what can I do? I cannot and will never be able to resist fried chicken. Ever.
I most especially love it when the fried chicken is crispy on the outside, but juicy and very moist on the inside. I prefer homemade fried chicken because my aunts and my mom make the best friend chicken. That was until I met Minda.
Minda is one of my recent friends whom I met because of my language classes (yes, I’m learning a new language). We have a lot of things in common which is why we easily became friends. One of our friendly dates were in bookstores (nerdy, I know) because we both love books.
One though was a picnic with one of our other friend. And this was when I was able to taste her crispy fried chicken! I swear it tasted so good I felt like I became a chicken for an instant there.
It was so crispy and was so juicy I was in chicken heaven. It wasn’t fried though! She said it was baked! I was too shy to ask for the recipe though so I’m just glad I found this one instead. Check it out!
