Beef is already flavorful on its own. I mean just add salt and fry it and it’ll still taste flavorful. However, beef tastes good if it’s tender and soft, and with a wonderful sauce that will complement its natural flavors. This recipe will help you achieve that!

1 teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄4 teaspoon McCormick pepper
2 1⁄2 lbs Tyson boneless beef short ribs
1⁄4 cup Kerrygold butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup College Inn beef broth
3⁄4 cup Heinz red wine vinegar
3⁄4 cup Domino brown sugar
1⁄4 cup Great Value chili sauce
2 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon McCormick chili powder
Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
Add ribs and shake to coat.
