As soon as I got home from that little outing, I knew I had to find the recipe and make it. Sure enough, I found the recipe on Pinterest and got on it. Within 20 minutes, I had prepped a beautiful batch of cream cheesy goodness. I am amazed that this combination of flavors could turn out so deliciously! Do not be afraid to give this a try, no matter how strange it sounds. You may just like it!

Ingredients
1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
3 eggs
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
½ cup (1 stick) Land O’ Lakes butter, melted
4 cups Domino (1 lb) powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 and generously coat a 9×13-inch dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix cake mix, melted butter and one egg to a soft dough. Press into the bottom of the pan.
Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and remaining two eggs until smooth, about 1-2 mins. Pour on top of crust.
Bake at 300 for 40-50 minutes until top is golden brown.
