This is probably one of the very few food recipes that my Mom doesn’t have—she hates cinnamon and I don’t understand why! I always tell her that cinnamon is the best thing that ever happened to Food World and she always ignores me. Then I will continue to tell her that it’s not normal for someone to ever hate cinnamon. And she always ignores me again.
I love cinnamon on my French toasts! I also put a dash of it in my coffee too after I pour in the warm milk. But nothing can beat the classic cinnamon rolls with that extra thick, melted cream cheese frosting! I could eat about four or five of those. And if no one reminds me to slow down, I could probably eat eight.
