You Will Enjoy This Jiffy Cornbread Casserole… In A Jiffy!

I love corn most especially if it’s newly roasted. I will just smudge it with butter and voila! Yummy. I also love boiled corn. It tastes so juicy that when you bite into it, with or without butter, the warm juice will run down your chin. And I love corn as popcorn. I could eat buttered popcorn all day.

 

The only thing I hate about eating corn is the way the kernels get stuck in your teeth. I had this embarrassing experience of smiling in front of my eye candy and my boss while we talked about the next agendum in the long list of agenda. Guess who noticed the kernel bit stuck in my teeth? Oh yes. The boss. Oh my goodness, if it was the eye candy, I would have drowned myself in corn kernels! This recipe that I found will satisfy your corn heart, but thankfully without the kernels stuck in your teeth. And it’s easy to make!
