5. Beefy Biscuit Casserole
When it comes to comfort food this recipe is it. Big, fluffy biscuits, savory beef, and lots of flavor is what you’ll get when you take a bite of this amazing casserole. The other day, I invited my neighbor Sally over for some lunch and this is what I served.
Not only did Sally enjoy this casserole but her little daughter did, too. My husband and kids are all fans of beefy biscuit casserole and rave about how good it is every time I make it. It is definitely on my monthly meal plan rotation.

Quick Tip: If you’d like the biscuits to be browner, let the casserole sit under the broiler for a few minutes.
So excited to see new casserole recipes. So bummed when EVERY SINGLE ONE had tomatoes (sauce,soup) in them – no can do tomatoes!
tried this for the first time tonight and used pizza sauce instead of tomato sauce. had hamburger with onions, pepperoni, black olives and mozzarella cheeses and it was amazing. like a deep dish pizza
This has no seasonings in it!! How can it be like pizza?? Hamburger and Tomatoes on Biscuits!! Not worth trying in my book!! My mother-in-lay taught me how to make a spaghetti pizza on a tight budget 40 years ago. Is still a family favorite!! Kids love pizza and spaghetti!! I do use package pizza crust now, instead of making it from scratch. Yours would be good and simple with some basil, oregano, garlic powder, garlic salt and Italian seasonings!! Try it!! Simple dish bumped up!!
