During the week I don’t spend as much time making breakfast for my family. We’re all out the door so fast, or on to our next task, it’s hard to feel like I have the time or energy to put together anything elaborate. Even on weekends, we have so much to do and fit in, that it’s hard to find the time to make something more comforting to fill our bellies. All this makes me feel a little guilty at times. You know what they say; breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
This recipe is perfect for that time that you want something filling. A comfort food that keeps you satisfied almost all day long. Kids and adults alike will love this recipe because it’s perfect for soothing the soul. And it doesn’t take too much of your time!
