Who Knew This Could Be Healthy? Tastes Like Mama Used To Make.

My mom used to make a recipe just like this. Her grits were always warm and buttery, which made for a delicious meal! However, as an adult who is more conscious about the level of butter and cream that I consume, I’m always aware of how many calories a recipe has. That’s what I love about this recipe, though, it is much healthier than the version mom use to make, but still just as delicious.

 

This recipe does not disappoint in the cream department. Even though its healthy ingredients are surprising, they are equally delicious! This is the perfect meal for winter or summer.
