I felt guilty about it for a long time but then I just decided to find new ways to have breakfast. It’s ok to rush out the door, pack your family in the car and eat something delicious on the way! Especially if it’s healthy. Well, kinda healthy. Ahem, at least there’s oatmeal involved!
Ok, maybe I wouldn’t call these cookies health food but they do make a super yummy breakfast or snack, if you’re in a hurry. And I guarantee you won’t hear your kids complain!
Of course you could also enjoy these for dessert, and I have an extra tip for that. Crush some of these cookies and sprinkle the crumbs on top of some vanilla ice cream; so amazing! You’ll get about 3 and a half dozen cookies from this recipe but they go super fast, so I recommend going for a double batch…
