Perfect For Summer Pineapple Glazed Pork Chops

I have never been one for buying pork chops that often. Then, I went to dinner at my in-laws house one Sunday afternoon, and my mother-in-law made up some pineapple and brown sugar glazed pork chops on the grill that changed my life forever. I couldn’t believe that I had been missing out on this flavor my whole life. Well, I’d had pork chops a few times here and there, but nothing ever this good.

She wrote down her recipe for me and it was just like this one from The Seasoned Mom. There were a few differences, but for the most part, it was the same. My father-in-law loves pork chops, so she had to come up with some good recipes over the 30 plus years that they have been together.

Whenever I see a pork chop on sale these days, I’m not passing it up. I will store them in the freezer for a month or so if I have to, but you can bet your bottom dollar I’ll be making these!
