These Pizza Piggies Aren’t Going To Market!

My daughter was soon going to be home from her first year at kindergarten all day for the summer. I was so excited to have her back with me all day where she belongs… okay well maybe not where she belongs but where I was used to having her. One thing that I didn’t consider was, how much piece and quiet, along with independence I had gotten accustomed to over those months while she was gone all day. It sure did take some adjusting those first few days back into a routine.

Most noticeable perhaps was eating all throughout the day. I usually ate breakfast with her, had a small lunch, and that was it until people started coming home for the day. Now I had to feed her lunch again, not to mention all those snacks in between!

Thankfully, I had found this recipe on Small Town Woman for pizza piggies. These are so awesome, you can use them for a meal or a snack. My daughter just gobbles them right up too. They sure are a kid favorite.
