Every Fourth of July, we always invite all of our family and friends out to camp on our property. It started with just a few families, and now it has grown to about ten. That’s a lot of people, right? We have a lot of land though, and plenty of room for everyone. We usually rent some portable outhouses and take our own camper out to the back, that way nobody really has to go in the house. That makes it nice because then I don’t have to worry about a huge mess!
I like to prepare one of the meals for each day, just because I love cooking. It’s like a challenge trying to come up with something that everyone is going to enjoy. There’s one thing that all of our guests expect though.
This casserole from Recipe Lion that I found is a must at every camp out. I have to make a bunch of pans of it, but it’s so well worth it. The flavor is incredible, and everyone is always so happy.
