Anytime we are having friends over, this is one of my go to appetizers. Everyone always gobbles them right up. I will often make some other dips like a nacho cheese or plain ranch, just because not everyone can enjoy the taste of jalapenos like I do. I will often make a separate jalapeno dip with the seeds and stems left in for those that want a super spicy dip… and there are people out there that do trust me… my husband is one of those people!
