Spring, Summer, Winter, Fall… it doesn’t matter what season it is, one of my favorite things to make for dinner is a nice creamy casserole. They are usually fairly simple to throw together, and they are always nice and filling so there is plenty to go around for my family of five. The problem is, I don’t have a whole lot of different recipes to use, so it’s basically the same ones that get made over and over again. A few months ago, I wanted to change that.
The internet is the only place that I could think of to look for new recipes. I had all my friend’s and family member’s casseroles already, so I needed fresh ideas. Group Recipes offered me exactly what I was looking for in this creamy and cheesy chicken casserole.
There are so few ingredients, I didn’t even have to write them down when I went to the grocery store. I had that memorized. The instructions looked just as easy too, so I knew it would quickly become a favorite of mine to make.
