Pass Me One Of Those Lemon Curd Cheesecake Bars!

 

About four years ago my husband and I bought a new house and a lot of property! One hundred acres to be exact! We have tons of trails to go exploring on. I love this! It’s such a nice time to go through a walk through the woods. My husband loves to make the trails and pathways so that myself and our kids can go through the trails and not get lost! Which is much appreciated!

Well, Spring is finally here and I can go walking through the trails again. I went just the other day and was very inspired to say the least! Everything was so beautiful. The is so fresh smelling this time of year. When you’ve been stuffed up inside of a house for a few months that first few weeks of Spring air is fantastic.

On my walk I saw some beautiful yellow wild flowers. They were so pretty that I had to stop and take a picture of them! The vibrant yellow made me think of lemon, which made me think of lemon desserts. I knew that when I got home that I had to make something!

So,  I made lemon curd cheesecake bars! These are so fantastic. You can’t just eat one! These bars are so easy to make and was exactly what I needed to get into the Spring mood! I can’t wait to see what else I am inspired to make!
