My Grandparents had some strong Polish traditions. Whenever we went over there, we knew what we were in for. Good food and a great fun! The music that they used to play always made me want to dance. They were always dancing around their kitchen in such a loving way, I’m pretty sure that’s what kept their marriage fun and alive. I never learned how to follow that routine they had down so well, but one thing I did learn was some of Grandma’s recipes.
My most-loved dish was her polish noodles. I could eat those things every day still even at this point. I can’t, because that would be ridiculous, but I could, if you get what I’m saying. I learned how to make these at a young age, and over the years I have only gotten better at it, or at least I think so.
My husband just loves when make them for him. He gobbles down plate after plate until they are all gone. Leftovers of Polish noodles in our house is non-existent.
