Two Casseroles Combined Together?!

I have five children and a husband. I have a big family! I am constantly trying to think of what to make for dinner. I feel like I have made everything known to man, but then I am surprised at what other dishes people come up with. I like to keep it fresh too. I don’t like to make the same thing over and over and over again. My family doesn’t like to eat the same things all of the time either. So, i’m always in the hunt.

I also have to keep in mind that I really have be mindful of the portions and size of the dish that I am making. For of my children are boys and they love to eat. Not to mention my husband is a big eater too. So, I always have to make sure that whatever I am making that there will be a lot of it to go around twice. I’m exhausted just thinking about that! I don’t think I have seen a leftover in years!

Needless to say, casseroles are a huge hit in my household. I have made tons of casseroles, but I have never combined two casseroles into one recipe. Well, that was until now! This recipe is amazing! It’s nice to take a break from the healthy and clean food that I make. Every once in a while I like to make something hearty and messy! This casserole is just that. You cannot go wrong with it!
