Let Me Show You This Hawaiian Style Shoyu Chicken!

Where I live there is a big food truck rally twice a month. This sounds kind of silly, but I’ve eaten some seriously great foods at these rallies. In fact, some of these food trucks have served up some of the best food that I have ever eaten before in my life. The people in these food trucks really put there all into making their foods. It’s quite amazing how great the food tastes considering it came out of a truck!

I don’t know if I could do that. I feel like I would over heat in less than an hour! Maybe they are more spacious in the inside than they look on the outside. Anyways, I have tried some serious gourmet style food. Everything from burgers, steak, truffle fries, hot dogs, mac and cheese, grilled cheese and a slew of other fancy and cheaper foods. The prices are usually pretty reasonable too!

The most inspiring food truck that I had ever eaten from was a Hawaiian food truck.  I had never had Hawaiian food before in my life. So, I really didn’t know what to expect. So, the guy said you have to try the shoyu chicken. I got the shoyu chicken and I was hooked. The sauce was one of the best sauces that I had ever had before! It was so savory yet so sweet at the same time. It was perfect!
