Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth Without Ever Turning On The Oven!

I’m normally not much of a sweet eating kind of person. Well, I never used to be anyways. It seems like the older I get, the more I crave the stuff. I know when I was pregnant with my youngest child, all I wanted was chocolate and ice cream every day for every meal. It was way out of character for me. Thankfully, that settled down a little bit after the baby was born, but it never completely went away. I was always sending my husband somewhere to get me a candy bar at night. He was less than thrilled most of the time, but he always did it.

So, when I found this recipe on Cravings Of A Lunatic, it was a prayer answered for both of us. Whenever my sweet craving hit, I had a few of these and everything settled right back down. There were no late night trips up to the gas station any longer.

I have also made these for my kids to take to school for their snack when they are responsible for bringing something in. It’s kind of like a Rice Krispie treat, only better.
