Get Crackin’ On This Firecracker Casserole!

In a world full of casserole recipes, how do you pick just one to make? I feel like I have made almost ever casserole known to man. I love them! I mean who doesn’t? It’s a meal in a dish. You don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen. And to be honest I typically prepare casseroles the night before and then just throw them in the oven. Easy peasy! Everyone is happy. I can get things done around the house and still make a delicious meal.

This casserole is really delicious. At first I thought it was going to be another Mexican casserole with a kick. Maybe a dash of cayenne or some jalapenos. Nope, this casserole has a unique taste to it with the ingredients. It has the Mexican feel to it, but it has ingredients like cumin and cream of mushroom soup.

Trust me on this casserole, it is really good! I like to layer the ingredients and make sure that every layer has lots of gooey cheese. Cheese is kinda my thing. I like to put pepper jack cheese in this casserole and give it a little extra kick.

Try this casserole out and your family will really love the taste and the change from the typical casserole. Trust me, I know good food. I’m a bit of a food snob when it comes to ingredients. I don’t like to get too crazy with my flavors. I like to make sure that this will satisfy everyone in my household.
