This Beef Brisket Is The Easiest One On The Internet

My Uncle Arnold all invited us over to his garage recently. Yes, his garage. That’s where we go to watch sporting events. It’s not your typical park your car in the garage, garage. It’s all set up with tables and chairs, a flat screen television, refrigerator, and there’s even a bathroom! It’s the definition of a man cave if I’ve ever seen one. We love going over there to spend time with him and catch whatever activity is taking place at the time whether it’s baseball, football, car racing, whatever. It’s always fun.

The last time we went, I don’t even remember what we were watching. All I can remember is that he made the most delicious beef brisket that I’ve ever had in my life. It was a lot like this recipe from All Recipes. I asked him where he learned to cook like that, and he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders.

The entire chunk of meat was gone before the day was through. I was kind of sad because he said I could take the leftovers. I think he knew there wouldn’t be any left… that little bugger!
