3 Cheese Potatoes: A Quick and Easy Foil Meal For The Grill

As soon as we get a break in the weather where I live, and I think that winter might be over, the summer toys are coming out. We open up the shed and pull out everything that we haven’t seen in  months. All the patio furniture, the kid’s bikes and other toys, and perhaps my favorite, the GRILL! I love cooking in that thing way more than I do cooking in the kitchen. It’s just being outside enjoying all the fresh air. Watching the kids run around and play. Then, winding down with an incredible meal.

What’s not to love? As part of working my magic on the grill, I always like to come up with new foods to feed the fam. Steaks are our favorite of course, but not always realistic for the budget. There is so much else that can be done though. Hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, pork chops, chicken… the list goes on and on.

You can’t just have meat, even though I think my husband would be perfectly content with that. I usually make up some sort of potato. It was my mom who taught me this recipe of cheesy potatoes. The recipe is just like the one on Bunny’s Warm Oven, and it’s to die for!
