These Toasted Raviolis Will Melt In Your Mouth And Make You Dance!

I love Italian cuisine. I love it so much in fact, that’s where I made my husband take me for our honeymoon. He was picturing a nice relaxing resort somewhere tropical. Nope. Not what I had in mind. I wanted to spend our (my) money on the trip I had been waiting for all my life. He’s such an understanding man, he didn’t even really blink when I made the suggestion. “Whatever you want honey.” That’s why I married the man. He thinks… happy wife, happy life… and he’s pretty much right!

So, when we got there, I wanted to obviously eat as much of their authentic cuisine as I could get my hands on. That was the first time I had ever heard of toasted ravioli. I know. I thought it was strange too considering how much Italian food I had eaten in my life. They were amazing to say the least. So was the honeymoon.

When we got home, I found this recipe for toasted ravioli on The Pioneer Woman and I couldn’t wait to make it at home. Of course, it wasn’t as good as the ones we had in Italy, but they were pretty darn tasty. My new husband really enjoyed them as well. These are one of our regular menu items now.
