All You Need To Know About This Is… LASAGNA!

When we first moved into our new house, we had to have a huge house warming party. It was a big event, and we wanted to celebrate. A lot of the guests that came brought us gifts. Some were funny, others strange, and plenty that were very useful. I didn’t know it at the time, but my 9 x 13 casserole pan with carrier was going to be the most used gift that I received that day.

It seems like that pan is getting put into the oven just about every night full of some sort of dish that I have concocted or with a recipe that someone else had given me. Perhaps the most made dish, my favorite, lasagna!

I started with my mother’s recipe originally, and over the years have tweaked it here and there to make it into what it is today. My new and improved recipe is very similar to this one from Group Recipes.

My family and I always clear out just about the entire pan every time it gets made. It’s definitely a regular food on our plates.
