I love chicken. I think we eat that protein just about every single day. It is rare that we actually switch it up and most times, we do not even want to. We do eat pork, beef and turkey (as well as tuna) but none of those are favorites. My family loves chicken. It is the only thing they ask for and want. They do not eat ground beef tacos, or ground turkey meatballs…nope! It all has to be chicken, chicken chicken!
Well, with an obsession that strong with one piece of food, I find myself looking for different ways to prepare it. I do not want to bore them or myself with the details of looking for a recipe, nor do I want to bore our palates with the same food. Instead I look for new recipes that incorporate the same old ingredients they love.
Sometimes that means new spices, other times that means new ways to prepare it. I have made chicken fried, baked and grilled. All of them are wonderful, but what counts is the seasoning and let me tell you, this one works with any style of cooking!

Quick Tip: For a tangier taste, use lime instead of lemons.
