Your Eyes Will Glaze Over This Terrific Turkey Breast Recipe!

Whenever we have something to be grateful about- a job promotion or a successful project launch- I always prepare a turkey dish. It’s our very own Thanksgiving and it has become tradition in the family. When my husband finally got his dream job, I roasted a turkey for us. When I landed a project that I was badly bidding on, I made cheesy turkey pasta for us. It’s the sentimentality behind it.

There’s never a special milestone that we didn’t celebrate with a Turkey dish. It’s symbolic in every American home. That and the fact that turkey has an amazing flavor that is truly different from any other meat.

The last time I cooked turkey was just recently. My husband became the project manager of what he deemed as the “ultimate project”. While we both knew it’s going to be more stressful than his regular work, we were still so happy about it.

I cooked this amazing honey soy glazed turkey breast that turned out to be one of the best turkey recipes I ever made. Since it’s cooked in a slow cooker, the turkey meat was tender and moist. The glaze just added to its unforgettable flavor!

My kids love it! I had to slice a few more pieces for them because they can’t get enough of it. They kept licking their fingers until I finally gave them a few more.

This is a recipe suited for the whole family. So if you want a copy of this, just head on over to the next page!

Quick Tip: You have to marinate the turkey breast for at least one hour, but if you can give it three hours, that’s even better.
