Well, after a long search for the perfect make at home buffalo mozzarella sticks, I came across this one and it definitely did not disappoint. This one tasted exactly like the ones at the restaurant. The mozzarella is still perfectly crispy and not completely drenched in buffalo sauce to make it soggy. This is the perfect amount of buffalo sauce to give it a kick and great flavor without killing the texture and deliciousness of this dish.

1 package (size of your choice) frozen mozzarella cheese sticks
1 cup Franks Red Hot sauce
1 stick Land O’ Lakes butter
3 tablespoons honey
Garnish of your choice: green onions, red onions, carrots, celery, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, etc.
In a medium pot, heat the butter until melted. Add hot sauce and honey then simmer for one minute, whisking to combine.
Deep fry the mozzarella sticks according to package directions.
Dip the fried mozzarella sticks in the wing sauce.
Arrange the Buffalo Mozzarella Sticks on a platter and top with your choice of garnish. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and any leftover wing sauce.
