This Is The Tastiest Way To Prepare Meatballs!

My family loves meatballs.  I think we enjoy a big bowl of spaghetti and meatballs almost twice a week.  Definitely at least once.  We often prepare them as you normally would with red sauce and over spaghetti.  What we love to switch up is the meat we use.  Sometimes it is ground beef, yet other times, it is ground turkey.  We play with the seasoning of the meat and switch it up until it is simply perfect.

I have yet to hear a complaint on my meatballs, so I must be doing something right. When things are going that well, I usually do not even try to switch it up much more.  I love knowing I can have an easy (even freezable) dish that I can have handy at any moment to whip up when the kids or husband get hungry.

I always make sure to have the ingredients for this on hand and it has never failed me. Well, I recently decided to switch it up without telling them.  Instead of pasta, I made sticky white rice.

And instead of ground turkey and red sauce meatballs, I made ground beef and Mongolian sauce meatballs.  Let me tell you, they were amazing.
