This Rotisserie Chicken Soup Is Perfect For A SOUPer Delicious Supper!

I love chicken noodle soup most especially if it’s my Mom who makes it, but this rotisserie chicken soup is also a favorite because it has  bit of a stronger flavor that adds pizzazz to the soup itself. When I was a kid, my Mother always made soup for supper. We usually didn’t have anything heavy for supper during cold nights because “it will be harder to burn them”, at least according to my mother. I think she was talking about my father’s stomach, but of course he wouldn’t admit to that. She usually served any soup with homemade dinner rolls or homemade crusty bread. There was also always a side dish of salad which never failed to add to the completeness of the meal.

Now that I have my own family, nothing had changed except that this time around, I am in my mother’s position. I usually serve soup during cold months for supper. Sometimes, it’s creamy soup; and sometimes it’s thin but savory soup. While my family loves creamy soup, they enjoy the thin soup a lot too because it’s lighter in the stomach. For some reason, my husband gets an upset stomach whenever he eats creamy soup during cold months so he prefers the thin savory soup. This rotisserie chicken soup by Moms With Crockpots is the perfect soup recipe for cold nights. It’s so savory and so simple to make that you will have a satisfying dinner without spending so much effort. The recipe for Moms With Crockpots’ rotisserie chicken soup can be found on the next page.
