My husband and I are huge cookie lovers. We love the ease of biting into a cookie without having to worry about making a mess, and we love that they are so easy to make. We take it a step further. Since we love homemade cookies so much and prefer those over the Nestle frozen ones (but don’t worry, I stock up on those, too!), whenever necessary, we make a batch of chocolate chip cookies homemade and then shape them into balls. We place them in the fridge until set and then we toss them into a freezer bag with the date they were made, the temperature they need to be cooked at and for what length of time scribbled on the bag.
We toss that freezer bag in the oven, and whenever we are craving a homemade cookie, we pop four cookies out of the bag and straight into the oven. We get perfect homemade cookies every time without the mess and hassle. It has definitely been our best idea yet in terms of baking. Well, every now and then we like to expand our horizons and try something new and let me just say this: these are IT!
