Just Because You Can’t Pronounce This Pierogi Casserole Doesn’t Mean You Won’t Love It!

My family is always up to trying new recipes.  If there is one thing I have tried to do with my kids, it is make sure they are not picky eaters and will eat, if not at least try, anything and everything that is put in front of them.  Sure, there are exceptions, but by and large, just because they cannot pronounce something, or it doesn’t sound familiar, that does not mean they do not try it.  On the contrary, they at least take a bite to see what it is like, and if they like it, they can have it, too!

I have found that most restaurants do not mind bringing a child a little sample of something they may have never tried to try and see if they like it.  I have many times asked a waitress for a little piece of a certain dish so my kid can try it and see if they will eat it. Well, recently I was at a new restaurant and saw a dish called Pierogi casserole on the menu, and I knew it had to be tried.  I mean, I had never even heard of it, so that is exactly what I wanted to try first!
