Well, my husband and I are both peanut butter lovers so when I came across this recipe, I knew it would be a perfect one to make for us. It is made in a mug with just three ingredients (and none of those are flour, so although I would not say it is a healthy dessert, it certainly is not too unhealthy) and grows beautifully in a mug in the microwave. It is simply delicious, fluffy and amazing. I love every time I get to make this and the best part is, I can make it even when I am home alone!
Check out what our friends over at Kirbie’s Cravings had to say about this:
“I had the biggest craving for a peanut butter flavored dessert today, so I whipped this up. The recipe is just 4 simple ingredients that you likely have in your kitchen and the cake stays moist for hours so you can enjoy it right away or later on too.”
Isn’t that just amazing?
Ingredients
2 tbsp Jiffy peanut butter (store bought)
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp Domino white granulated sugar
1 large egg
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients into an oversized, microwave-safe mug until batter is smooth. Microwave for about 1 minute. Let cake cool a few minutes before eating.
