Be Right Back, I’m Going To Devour This Up Before My Kids Get Home!

My favorite salad is a cobb salad.  Want to know why? Well, I am not a huge salad person to begin with.  It is just not my thing and if I want to eat healthy, I prefer to eat more fruits and veggies and less cookies and chips instead of replacing a good meal with a salad.  However, the only salad I am comfortable replacing a meal with is a cobb salad.  Can you guess why?  Yep, it is chock full of toppings that totally hide all the greenery in there.  It has great dressing, loads of cheese and bacon as well as a hardboiled egg over the top.  It just has so much going on, it is absolutely delightful.

Now what if I told you I can make a cobb salad even better? It does not seem possible, huh? Well, it is. By replacing the greenery with a dip.  You know, mix in some cream cheese and maybe some yogurt and mayo along with other great typical cobb salad toppings.  The options with this dip are endless and there is just so much you could do to make it your own.  Add new toppings, stir in a different texture… ah so much you can do!

Aw, this was an incredibly nice post. Taking a few minutes and actual effort to generate a superb article… but what can I say… I hesitate a whole lot and never manage to get anything done.
