One-Dish Dinner: Puffed Meatball Sub Casserole. ‘Nuff Said!

I love these bubble biscuit meatballs! We ate them on a Sunday afternoon while watching football. Such a great appetizer or entree option.

We ate this bake for dinner but I also think it would make a wonderful appetizer as well. We also had it during the big Sunday football game. Make sure to serve this casserole with a variety of sauces like ranch dressing, marinara sauce, and garlic butter.

I served this yummy casserole with both marinara sauce and Ranch dressing. Both tasted pretty dang good.
