Hello, Pumpkin! Would You Be My Cobbler?
I don’t care what anyone says; to me, every season is pumpkin season! I just can’t get enough of it and that’s why I probably make my friends and family sick (or at least a little bored) with all of my pumpkin-flavored dishes. It’s such a versatile ingredient! It doesn’t really matter if you’re looking for a recipe for dinner or dessert – if pumpkin is involved, you’ll definitely find something.
This one is something I had never made or even tasted before. I don’t even know how that’s possible, since I’ve made so many different cobblers lately. But I had never tried a pumpkin cobbler so it was about time! The recipe was so simple it only took me a few minutes to prepare. I almost want to call this a dump and bake recipe, but since you do need to slightly beat the eggs first, I guess it wouldn’t qualify for a dump cake!

Why would you choose to drizzle it with a spread instead of butter?
