Alright, with this recipe I am going to show you how you can be fancy and totally impress everyone with a fully authentic Italian dish without even thinking about it. This recipe is easy and really amazing. It was so easy to put together and my favorite part of this recipe is preparing it and freezing it in an aluminum pan and then I just thaw it whenever I’m ready to eat.
Actually, sometimes I pop it in the oven frozen and you can’t even tell it was frozen. One of my favorite meals ever is ravioli. I love going to a restaurant called Mike’s here in Miami that serves a big boiling ramekin of ravioli covered in sauce and oozing with melted cheese.
They truly have the best ever and I always wished I could make it myself at home. Well, now I can. This recipe is easily made for one person or for a crowd.
Put it together and it will be ready as soon as the cheese starts to bubble. Give this a try and you will see how easy it is. Add some garlic bread and then a homemade tiramisu and you are the perfect housewife!
