One of my neighbor Anne and my favorite things is to go to Chipotle. We will load up in the car, bringing her kids along with us and go out shopping to T.J. Maxx or Marshall’s and give it a go until we’re either out of spending money or totally tired. After we have reached that point we start to debate over where we are going to eat. It is a common discussion with us because I always want pizza and she always wants subs. It becomes quite the hassle but we have found our middle ground.
The one place we can both agree on is Chipotle. We both love the bit of kick in the rice and dunking our tortilla chips in a big bowl of salsa. Yummy! The one thing we both order when we go is their burritos. They are simply loaded with all the good stuff! Rice, beans, meat, veggies, you name it! It is all in there. We love to bond over that and are thrilled that we have found a place we both enjoy and the food really is fun for us both. After that, my chef of a friend Anne decided to take all those same ingredients and turn them into a casserole. We did it, and well, let’s just say we don’t go to Chipotle that often anymore…

Quick Tip: Add in all of your favorite taco toppings.
I don’t see what to do with second half of soup and sour cream mixture . sounds delish
I was confused also and I am an OLD cook. I gather that you repeat layers. starting with the soup Maybe a 1/4 of it and so on, and repeat layers again and end up with the cheese. [Soup, Tortilla, Hamburger, cheese.]
I think just do your thing, and it will taste good. I was mixed up also. I may even add a 1/2 c. of mayo to the soup mixture. I have a Chicken Divan which has this mixture.. It is one of my favorite. I am alone so I make a batch and freeze in plastic Ziploc container Label them! Taste even better when rewarmed.
It does say “repeat all of these layers and top with the remaining cheese”
