It’s A No-Bake, Banana Split Cake Type Of Day!

I hate summers. Did I say I hate summers? Yeah, I did. But only because of the heat. And heat without summer is not really possible. But if there’s a chance to enjoy summer without the heat, I will! Since summer is a season, I can’t really skip it. The best thing for me to do is enjoy it by enjoying the things that come with it. One of those things is a yummy dessert! Because hey, you need all the energy because you are sweating a lot.

 

Just a couple of weeks ago, I found this recipe that allows me to enjoy a carbo-sugar loaded dessert without slaving away like a madman in the heat inside the kitchen. It’s pretty creative, actually. I never would have thought that banana split, anyone’s favorite ice cream treat, can be transformed into a cake version.
